Who We Are
This blog come from a simple idea. We see a lot of people posting about health and fitness, how to make their body better. As someone who used to be part of that crowd, crazy on fitness and eating properly. Being confronted with mental health took some getting used to and a lot of patience as it is often confusing.
Hopefully this blog will help people to be able to tell their own stories and help them to see that they are not alone when they are battling their brain.
People come to write anonymous posts and I write the majority of the time. I have severe anxiety, depression and Complex PTSD. I've been in therapy and take antidepressants too. I am constantly having to work through parts of my thoughts which aren't fun so am trying to share the things I learn with you to spread the love and health.
